Dogodi mi se često, da ne znam što ću spremiti za ručak, ali sastojci koji se nađu u hladnjaku ili se na neki način sami nametnu, odrede smjer i na kraju se sve posloži u finu i ukusnu priču. Uživajte u njoj!

Sastojci:
300 - 400 g šampinjona, 250 - 300 g riže carnaroli (arborio), 600 - 700 ml juhe (voda s kockom) ili koliko treba, nekoliko sušenih rajčica (i ne mora), 1 crveni luk, 1 paketić šafrana, 50 - 60 g maslaca,
100 - 150 g ribanog sira parmezan ili sličan, 1/2 žličice mažurana ili origana, 2 dl bijelog vina,
1/ 2 vezice peršina, vlasac, sol, papar i ulje

It happens often that I do not know what to cook for lunch, but the ingredients that lie in the fridge or somehow impose themselves, determine the direction, and eventually everything comes to a delicious and tasty story. Enjoy it!

Ingredients:
300 - 400 g of champignon, 250 - 300 g of carnaroli rice (arborio), 600 - 700 ml of soup (water) or as much as necessary, several dried tomatoes (not necessary), 1 red onion, 1 saffron pack, 50 - 60 g butter, 100 - 150 g of grated cheese parmesan or similar, 1/2 teaspoon marjoram or oregano, 2 dl of white wine, parsley, chives, salt, pepper and oil
